Each student at Betsy's Musikids  uses the materials suggested by MusikGarten, which significantly add to the experience. Each set of materials is appropriate to the age level, and is high quality without being needlessly glossy and expensive! In addition to the materials listed, all classes use age-appropriate instruments in the studio, supplied by Betsy's Musikids.
Babies! (ages Birth – 15 mo.):

Cassette or CD of many of the semester's beautiful songs & rhymes
Parent Booklet  with words, music, and info for the semester's songs
Instruments wooden hand rattle, pair of chunky rhythm sticks, dancing scarf
Drawstring Instrument Bag
for bringing your child’s gear to class (no germs!)

Family Music (ages 16 mo - 3 1/2 years):
Cassette or CD of many of the semester's songs & rhymes, beautifully performed
Parent Activity Book  detailing all the recorded selections
Home Instrument (rhythm sticks, jingle stick, brass bell) for "practicing at home"

Cassette or CD of the semester's songs & rhymes, featuring lovely examples of children singing

Music Makers at Home in the World (ages 4 - 5 1/2 years):
3 Cassettes or CDs of beautifully arranged selections for each nature setting
